1213 Hair Studio is a boutique salon located in the heart of Richmond's Historic Fan District. With a diverse clientele of hip moms, young professionals, and the media industry, getting away from the fast-paced streets of Richmond has never been easier. We are a full-service hair salon and pride ourselves in upscale service with a laid-back approach.
* If additional color product is needed, there will be a charge for each additional ounce used. Pricing varies by stylist experience tier.

1213 Hair Studio always prides itself on offering the finest in professional hair care products. We believe in beauty without compromise. That's why we choose to utilize Davines hair color and hair care products for our clientele.
The Davines Group was founded by the Bollati family in Parma, Italy in 1983 as a high-end haircare research lab. After a decade of honing their expertise and formulas, the Davines brand was created.
Davines makes everything with special attention to and respect for the environment. Their products are still made in Parma today with a combination of the highest-quality natural ingredients and scientific rigor. As firm believers in curiosity, open-mindedness, and exploration, they are constantly developing concepts and products that challenge mainstream conceptions of beauty.
Our Salon Coordinators are available during normal business hours for all scheduling needs. Services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-booked appointments are suggested to guarantee your desired date and time. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are accepted upon availability. We require a credit card on file to hold appointments. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
All payments are expected on the day of your appointment. We accept all major credit cards as well as cash or check. Returned checks incur a $35.00 service charge. Gratuity is accepted in cash only. Envelopes are provided at the front desk.
Our salon operates on a 5-tier level system based on each stylist's experience, demand, and education. Stylists earn annual increases as they meet educational requirements and grow their careers. Occasionally, extra time or product may be needed. Please discuss any concerns during your consultation.
Love your hair, or let us know. We'll always do our best to make it right. Please call within 7 days with any service concerns. We do not offer refunds for hair services. Product returns within 15 days receive a full refund; after 15 days, a credit on your account.
Available year-round at our front desk in any amount. Redeemable for both products and services.
Behind-the-building parking is available with back door entrance access. Please request a daily parking pass from the front desk to avoid being towed. Parking passes are required to park in the lot. Street parking is also available. 1213 Hair Studio is not responsible for parking tickets or towing fees.
Gowns are provided for your protection during services, laundered after each use. We also provide a towel and styling cape. Please utilize the gown properly. 1213 Hair Studio is not responsible for stained clothing if the gown is not worn.
We love children! Children under 13 without an appointment must be accompanied by an adult not receiving services. Children under 18 must have a legal guardian or parent available. Please monitor children at all times for everyone's safety.
